Prices at today's rate (₹94.96 per US dollar on 19 October 2026), rounded to the paisa. Prices follow the provider's price and the day's exchange rate; the exact amount is shown before every call and in your usage log. Minimum charge ₹0.25 per successful call. "Finds nothing" is free where the provider does not bill a miss. More tools come out of testing as the beta runs.

Before a call runs, Parel holds its estimate on your balance. After it runs, you are charged the real price and the rest is released. You can never overspend, and you can set daily and monthly caps per key and per team.

Failed calls cost ₹0

Provider errors, timeouts, empty results and repeats of the same call are free, automatically, and show as "failed, charged ₹0" in your log. A charged answer that was useless anyway can be reported from the log; small refunds are automatic.

In Claude, three clicks

Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Name it Parel, paste the URL below, click Connect.

Your data stays yours

Personal data in your inputs is hashed in our logs. Results are not kept beyond 24 hours (for free repeats of the same call). Account data is stored in India (Mumbai). We never sell query data and never share one customer's results with another. Privacy policy.

Honest metering

Every call is logged with its price and its result class. Money records are append-only, enforced by the database, and a nightly check confirms every balance equals its ledger. How we run it.

Questions

What happens when a call fails?

You are charged ₹0, automatically. That covers an error from the data provider or from us, a timeout, a call rejected before it runs (bad input, an empty balance, a spend cap), a repeat of a finished call with the same idempotency key, and a result our rules classify as "no result", such as an email finder that finds no email. The hold placed before the call is released at once, and the usage log shows the call as "failed, charged ₹0". Refund and failed-call policy.

Is my data stored?

We log each call's tool, time, cost, status and latency to bill you. Personal data inside your inputs (a name, an email, a profile URL) is hashed in those logs. Raw inputs and results are kept for up to 24 hours only so that a repeat of the same call is free, then deleted. Account data lives in India (Mumbai). We do not sell query data, do not use it to build products for others, and never share one customer's results with another. Privacy policy.

How do I get credit during the beta?

The ₹100 welcome credit is added automatically when you create your account. When you need more, email hello@parel.si with your team name and Parel adds credit to it; every grant is logged and shows in your dashboard. Payments (UPI, cards, GST invoices) open after the beta.

Do I need accounts with the data providers?

No. Parel holds the provider accounts and credentials and makes every call from its own servers. You get one connector, one balance and one usage log. Provider credentials never reach you or your agent.

What does a call cost?

The price next to each tool above, at today's exchange rate; the exact amount is shown before every call. The minimum charge for a successful call is ₹0.25. Prices follow the provider's price and the day's rate, which is fixed for each call when it starts.

Can I use Parel outside Claude?

Yes. Claude Code, Cursor, n8n and any other MCP client connect to the same URL with an API key. Your own code uses the REST API. The docs have the steps for each; the skill file tells an agent how to behave with money.

Are there limits?

300 paid calls per minute per key by default, with nothing charged for a limited call. You can set daily and monthly spend caps per key and per team. Results may be used for your own, lawful work; bulk unsolicited messaging and reselling raw data are against the acceptable use policy.

What if a charged answer was useless?

Click Report bad result on that call in your usage log within 7 days. Small amounts are refunded to your balance automatically up to a monthly cap; larger ones are reviewed within two business days.
